Founded in 2020 by Adam Snr, Adam and Sam; we recognised that there was a gap in the market for affordable and sustainably constructed garden rooms whilst remaining cost effective and efficient.

We are experts in lightweight steel construction and all of our builds are manufactured using incredibly robust and versatile lightweight steel, which brings about many benefits.

Nearly three years later, 17 Garden Rooms are an established company with an ever-growing portfolio of clients across the country with fantastic reviews.
