WHY US?

Here at 17 Garden Rooms, we pride ourselves on our friendly and flexible services. We have listed some of the things you can expect when purchasing a garden room from us:

DEDICATED PROJECT TEAM

From your initial contact with us, you will be assigned a dedicated team to ensure your journey to your new garden room is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

BESPOKE SERVICE

We offer a truly bespoke service, so whether you need a full turn key package or just steel only supply, we have you covered.

FREE SITE VISITS

Our site visits and quotations are provided on a no-obligation basis and are all encompassing so you will not come across any hidden extras as the job progresses. If you are looking at purchasing one of our standard garden rooms, then a site visit may not be necessary and all that's required is images of the space in which the build is to be situated, along with sizes.

ASSISTANCE WITH PLANNING

Although the majority of our garden rooms do not require planning permission (they are classified as permitted development under Class E of the regulations), there may be instances in which planning permission is needed. Our friendly team can assist you throughout the application process.

OFF SITE CONSTRUCTION

Where possible, we will construct our garden rooms off site and organise into larger parts meaning that there is less time on site erecting the building.

LIGHTWEIGHT STEEL

Our products are constructed using incredibly robust lightweight steel, meaning there is minimal maintenance or repair.

IN-HOUSE DESIGN TEAM

We have a team of in-house structural designers and engineers to ensure our garden rooms are structurally sound. Our team will produce detailed drawings for you to check before ordering.

WARRANTIES INCLUDED

Here at 17 Garden Rooms, we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality materials to complement our builds, therefore it is not likely that any of the materials used should rot, fade, or decompose under natural weathering. However, to preserve the longevity of your garden room, we suggest you follow all aftercare and maintenance information provided to you following completion of the works. In the unlikely event that there is still a quality issue with your build following implementation of the correct aftercare and maintenance advice, we offer a range of warranties for your peace of mind. QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE

We are proud to be accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) at an advanced level.

This means that you can rest assured that we adhere to all relevant quality, environmental, equality and diversity and health and safety requirements and standards.
